5 Week Gut Restoration

What to Expect

Pre-week

This week will be used to evaluate how your body responds to your typical habits as well as a week of preparing.

Week 1

This week will consist of daily eliminations such as Gluten, refined sugar, dairy, beans and grains. The last 3 days will be an intermittent cleanse to prepare for weeks 2-4.

Week 2-4

Weeks 2-4 will focus on following your dietary guide as well as group support, mindset, personal affirmations and movement suggestions.

Week 5

This week is reintroduction week. You will gradually be testing how previously removed foods effect your gut and mood. You will also set up your new plan for future healing and maintenance.
