Stress and the mindset can affect health in many ways. For instance, prolong stress can increase the risk of mental health and medical problems. Our beliefs and thought processes play a significant role in determining ones life’s outcome.
Depression is a made up of fear, stress, and anxiety taking over one’s thought processes. We must be transformed by the renewing of our mind according to the Scriptures.
Stress plays havoc with our physical body. Stress can make our body go into a contestant fight or flight response. This in turns messes with our sleep, diet, immune system, vascular system and much more.
