Let me Introduce myself

My goal in life is to help others get healthy. I want to help you feel good, confident and improve the quality of your life, body, soul, and spirit.

I am a radiological technologist who became interested in good health about eight years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. During her health struggle, she found some amazing products that she shared with me including some supplements that completely changed my life.  Since then, I have radically altered my approach to health.

I recently became an AADP Certified Health Coach, specializing in gut health and mindset management. My journey has been interesting and my life would not be where it is today if it had not been for my determination that only my belief in the Lord can bring.
